Hoang Minh Ngoc Hai

Hoang Minh Ngoc Hai is Director of Victory Incubation Center. He signed VIC's 2021 organizational capability statement and leads the center as the operating partner of the HOIP platform. He has served on the judging councils of Shark Tank Vietnam 2021 and TechFest Vietnam 2018–2023, along with provincial innovation advisory councils. His strategic focus is to position VIC as the trusted bridge between innovative SMEs, public incentive policy, and private capital — both domestic and international.
